Berlin Bernauer Strasse November 1999
This old lady was dispossessed by East German government. She lost her ground and house which was in the frontier area. After the fall of the Wall she lost her ground the second time. The new West German government became owner of former frontier area. The original owners have to buy back their property from the government.
